Hey Guys,

I just got BT infinity Broadband option 2 installed & although it's very early days to cast judgement I just thought

you might like to see what it's like speed-wise for if any of you are thinking about getting it Wink

The speeds here appear to be fairly constant throughout various times of the day/evening and you have a fair usage policy

to adhere to each month of 300Gb. This is a fairly huge amount of Data but it isn't "unlimited" as they advertise "option 2"

to be!! Still I guess it's a fair amount, If anyone has any questions or thoughts post your replies, Cheers, Cyber!

I was living of 4mb for years as I live in the sticks.

Talk Talk upgraded our local exchange (before BT did) and I now have an 24mb line that consistantly delivers 18mb.

And to think years ago (many many many) I was over the moon when I got an ISDN line put in the house so i could get a 512k dial up connection Laughing

how times have changed.

i get no where near that speed

this is good for my area:

this site helped find out my problem with sky broadband before i changed to bt,at peak hours the jitter was skt high

Hey,
Just an update on this topic, BT now offering Infinity 2, F.O.C, for signing up for another 2 year contract, had this for about 2 weeks now Laughing

It's insane speed i tell ya!!

Hehe, in about 4 weeks I'm moving from O2 and 15 Meg to Virgin and 60 Meg Razz
