Long time no see, mate.

How's it going?

The drop rate for the Transport Helo/Condor looks slow but is faster than you thing.

A transport with 2 repairing and the upgraded front gun is damn near unstoppable.

Unlock stuff in Single Player, XP won't count after a couple of rounds but unlocks still work.

As above, 3rd person view for a wider FOV in vehicles for situational awareness. 1st person for shooting accuratly.

Hip fire secondary weapons. ADS doesn't add much in the way of accuracy.

If you're used to sniping on CoD, you'll notice the much reduced bullet velocity so lead more at long range.

The long range scope has mil dots, the others don't.

I like it but holy fuck does it need work.

The controls feel soooooo sluggish. Bullet spread is shit on the ARs. The Helis are cool but the flying tank of a transport is a bit much. You get the upgrade for the bug fuck-off gun at the front, 2 repairing and you're invincable.

The only time i get decent performance is on Solo but saying that, Virgin really shit the bed with our connection this last week or so.
Granted, the PC is gettin on a bit but I'm gettin a solid 60 on CoD but half that on BF sometimes.

BF launches are never spectacular so I'm going to wait on the patch before i start properly shitting on the game.

Yeah, the weather stuff is meh but the BF Portal is what interests me.

Mixing BF1942, BC2, BF3 and 2042 assets and 2 maps from each of the old games.
You can make your own game types too and even edit the AI to do what you want.

Fingers crossed they won't shit the bed with it this time.
