Terms are as follows
The islands around Scotland shall be ignored by Scotland, and considered part of Norway
the Scottish interior will be considered Scottish land, no incursions should be made by Norsemen
Norway and Scotland promise a joint attack on England.

Scotland wanted to get norse territory by tricking me into attacking England, I responded with intimidation but never intended to attack Scotland. My plan was to send some aid to Ireland in the north. Now Scotland has accomplished nothing but exposing themselves as allies of England, Norway will not lay down their guard against the threat you have represented to us since turn 1.
