Agree with the posts above

We need a member who everyone sends the file to once they have finished their turn, who then passes it to the next player, so that we can find out who is taking too long

We really should be aiming for a full turn weekly as a maximum, or i cant see this being fun

yeah, when member sends email with file he should send carbon copy email to game admin,then it would be easy to know who has the file but ...

it should work without any game admin,is it really needed ? Common guys, let's keep it fun,if you somebody can't send files in some acceptable time he should resign because he is blocking active players
