i think they will start on laying the groundwork immediately for warhammer, but finish  Rome II, then the second Rome is out the door they will shift 90% of there resources to warhammer, leaving 9% to work on Rome 2 DLC a,d 1% for Rome 2 patching

i hope im wrong, but that is most likely what is going to happen

It took me several days to figure out this site, the "new posts" at the top of the forum is nice, but its location at the top of every thread makes it hard for me to tell when I open a page if I'm in a thread or in the forum about to open threads.

remove it from the threads, and move it into its own box to the side of the forum page are my ideas.

i have never liked top 5 lists, mainly because as soon as Im done writing it i remember a different game, also because games can be different but equal.

so ill wright down some games I really, really like.

Dwarf Fortress

Dwarf Fortress is a rouge-like game for the PC, if you put in the effort to learn how to play it will devourer days even weeks at a time. the challenge is extreme, its not if your fortress will fall, but when and how.
This game is updated every few months, sometimes with small improvements sometimes with reworkings of core mechanics.
the thing that keeps this from becoming a super popular game is the learning curve, (more like learning 90 degree angle) i have spent 3 years playing the game and am still learning how some stuff works.

Orcs Must Die 2

this hack and slash/ tower defense hybrid is really fun, the humor is great and it is a very changeling game making co-op a must. i had a blast with the first one and am enjoying the second one a lot

i have always been tempted to try EVE, but the monthly fee and the time commitment seem a bit much to me as i currently have a massive backlog of things I'm trying to get through.

Maybe someday

what are some of your youtube subscriptions and why do you subscribe to them?
you dont need to use names of the chanels unless you want to...

I have a few Starcraft commentators, i dont play starctraft, but they are fun to watch

game companies im keeping my eyes on so i find out what they are working on Creative Assembly, Riot Games to name a few

a guy who finds obscure music (dont like some of the stuff he finds, but he dose occasionally strike gold)

some "lets play" channels, because its easier to watch a good "letsplay" than spend money on a game i was only slightly interested in

and some guy who builds small easy things in minecraft. the things he builds are really clever and can be added into any project to spice it up.

Id like to bring an important element into consideration that is often overlooked

Food.

manpower and weapons are important components of war, but an army marches on its stomach as the old saying goes.

aside form the USA not many nations can produce enough food to feed there populace.

if America stopped trading its food many countries would be in serious food shortages as the remaining food surplus rich countries would be unable to make up the needed (needed not let alone wanted) supplies

in fact i noticed that the vast majority of "agricultural exports" that keep many nations from having a negative agricultural rating are for cash crops (coffee beans, spices, cotton, tabaco, etc.) so they would require a transition period before they could actually begin to attempt to start feeding themselves (far too long about 6-18 months)
