WE do not have any official confirmation will there be soft wipe on US tanks release.
To quote Overlord from another topic:"If it suits developers they will chose to make another reset, but most likely not.You will be informed on time."

So any rumors you hear like there will be hard wipe or there will be soft wipe are just that: rumors until it is officially confirmed.
