Sorry people but i got new problems...
I couldn't log in my old {CA}Jay17 steam account (not accepted) so i had to request my password (steam didn't answered) so i created a new account named CelticJay
i tryed to log in it (same problem) then i made a new request (no answer from steam)

Can anybody help me please because I want to play Empire TW again.

you will need to use the account you first played ETW on,the game is linked to the steam account

jay are you sure your logging in with the right username,{CA}Jay17 is the name you have displayed now but did you change it after you registered

heres an example

i registered with soulfly1888

my username that others see is {CA}Soulfly

its just like xfire mate,you register with a name but it can be changed at anytime.but you still need to use the name you registered with to log in,so i would use soulfly1888

Sounds dodgy to me, might be worth logging a support ticket with Steam.

If your account has been hijacked (worst case scenario) they'll freeze it and get it set up again so you can use it.

If its a case of forgotten password, they will also help sort this out, total turn around time is about 5 working days for a support ticket.

You dont have to remember the Username to reset a steam account. You can get your User name and your Password using the email you gave to steam. (They will may ask your steams secret question)

Steam login > Retrieve Account Info > I don't know my account name > I remember the contact email I used. (and there you put your email.)

OR > You can also reset using ETW products code if you have it.

You dont have to remember the Username to reset a steam account. .

if he could use/remember the name he registered with he wouldnt need a password reset

some times its steam try uninstaling and reinstaling steam i had this problem i went mad for hours like wtf evan got my m8 to use my logins and it worked on his not mine wich finaly routed the problem to me

Zombieface had this problem too!

I helped him out, and got his account back however! And I think you might have the same problem he had.

This is a step by step process that we took to fix it!

Steps to heaven

1. Goto Steams Support Contact page: https://support.steampowered.com/login.php
2. Create an account for there support center!
3. Find "Support Ticket"
3. Select the options based on your situation, from what it looks like, you will want to request a password, and username!
4. The message to there support, should be simplified, it will quicken there recovery process!
5. This may take up to 24 hours! So don't explode!
6. Get some cookies and play your games Very Happy

If this does not work, I can always help some more, but of course it may take a while, seeing that the time zones are different, and I don't have constant contact, like I had with Zombieface.
