Refinery is Uncap on Dragon.
no bunny hopping
no attacking uncaps
no hacking cheating or glitching
no ramming
no statspadding
no clays mines or c4 on flags
wait in line for vehicles
no camping flags or spawn killing
no c4 jumping
spec ops enter uncaps only to destroy assets

Feel free to add in this post anything u think shpuld be changed or added n we'll see what every1 else thinks.
