Hello to all members of the Celtic Alliance,

I am General Dragon de Duroc,

After my meeting with Nighthawk and Soulfly on NTW, I come on behalf of all our members of the Royal Dragons Clan to open an Embassy as a friend so we can construct strong relations between our clans.
