your rank has nothing to do with the amount of posts you make, promotion depends on a few things, to get to Sergeant Major would depend on you being active in game and also on the forum as well as using xfire and teamspeak to get to Lieutenant and above depends on how much extra you do to help CA out as well as being loyal to CA, recruiting new members helps alot and length of time in the clan sometimes is taken into account
