a few days ago, my moniter started to die.. it would make a high pitched noise when received a signal and then turn off, after a few pc restarts the moniter would work.( daft i know )

it got to the stage when restarting wouldnt make a difference, and all the restarts have taking there toll on the pc. before the last shut down i noticed the repair option on the screen at start up ( windows 10 ) i then had to shut down as couldnt view because moniter on stays on for couple seconds.
ive now got the pc linked up to a tv, but now it it just keeps rebooting a couple seconds into the mobo splash screen

it goes to that image then restarts loop after, normaly it would start to boot windows.. i cannot use the keyboard to access any the options on that image, i dont think its allowing the keyboard to work, i tried another, with no luck

ive reseated all the ram, even tried one at a time, tried different ram
reseated gpu, tried a different gpu
tried one hhd at a time( has two ) then tried another hdd from pc am on now
it just keeps rebooting, the pc was working fine up untill the restarts..

any you guys any ideas before it gets binned

Jeez, hard to know what options are left, especially if the keyboard is not working in the BIOS. The only think I can think of is to reflash the BIOS, sometimes this can be done with physical switches on the BIOS, it's different for every motherboard. Not sure if it'll help or not but would be worth a Google to see how easy it is, it's not something I've ever done before though.

EDIT - Just as a heads up, reflashing a BIOS is risky as fuck and can permanently damage it, the only reason I'm recommending it in this case is that it sounds like you're out of options and going to bin it anyway.

I'm afraid that the motherboard is broken, damn thing is that you cannot just exchange it to try another one D: my 2 cents for now did you checked all connections from and to the mobo? Especially that one which goes to the power on/off button... And check the PSU maybe test another one if you can.

Don't make me say R.I.P. computer... please

just running the spare tv pc lol, an old i3 use to stream movies etc etc, it can play basic games.

Man. the thought of how bad we'd be at MTW2 these days hahaha I'll see if I have it installed tonight and try to get on, what was the patch nonsense with MTW2? I seem to recall it being a pain

CoH 2 = Company of Heros right....?

i cant remember, id need to do some googling mate, ive had it via steam for a while now. aye company of heroes, rts i enjoy and is still well supported/played

I think I remember fucking around on CoH a lot but I was too much of a history nerd to play it properly and just fucked around haha I have it on Steam so should be easy to install/get ready at least. I'm out for dinner tonight but I can get it installed etc. our new place has Virgin connectivity so I get over 150mb/s haha
