I'm using an SLR - had it for ages now, about 6 years or so.

Nikon D40

It's probably a bit low on megapixels these days but at the end of the the MP count only really means how big you can make the photo at my camera can go up to 2816 x 2112 which is still more than big enough for anything short of 4k. Was thinking of upgrading but will prob wait until 4K is more common to make use of the big photos.

Gimme a shout closer to the time sure and I'll help with anything I can. If you get around 12MP that'll be equivalent to 4K, the only thing I regret about my camera is that it doesn't have auto focusing built into the body so when buying additional lenses I need to make sure they have the auto focus built into the lens which can limit you in choice and at the end of the day the lenses are the bit you keep as the can be used with a new camera (plus the lenses can be worth more than the body!). It's the one thing my next camera will have to have. Anything else let me know.

The vast majority where RWD in the classics section, bar the odd Quattro and of course the awesome classic Mini's :D

The modern stuff was 90% Evo's and Impreza's with the odd Escort Cosworth thrown in for some taste. There was the occasional oddball car such as the Bowler Wildcat (a LR Defender with a TVR V8 for Dakar rallies).
